“ Absolutely wonderful service department all around. My car was damaged numerous times by a different Mazda dealer during a service visit. I no longer trusted them to fix the damage caused by their service department and had a hard time finding a Mazda dealer that would even touch my vehicle. Schwartz Mazda said they would fix it and they 110% did. They even seemed to have fixed my dashboard a little more than I expected; the passenger side of my dash was hanging down slightly and now it’s back to normal. Melissa, my service advisor, was wonderful from start to finish. She’s very empathetic and truly wants to help you in any way she possibly can; she goes the extra mile. Joel, the service shop foreman, truly deserves to be in his role. He was able to pinpoint exactly what was damaged and what needed to be done to fix it.
