He also went to very timely explaining, how to work the new car. And after a week with the car , he still came out to New Monmouth Dinner , where was to show me , what I was doing wrong to get the radio to work. Other thing about the car that I didn’t remember. “ Absolutely wonderful service department all around. My car was damaged numerous times by a different Mazda dealer during a service visit. I no longer trusted them to fix the damage caused by their service department and had a hard time finding a Mazda dealer that would even touch my vehicle. Schwartz Mazda said they would fix it and they 110% did. They even seemed to have fixed my dashboard a little more than I expected; the passenger side of my dash was hanging down slightly and now it’s back to normal. Melissa, my service advisor, was wonderful from start to finish. She’s very empathetic and truly wants to help you in any way she possibly can; she goes the extra mile. Joel, the service shop foreman, truly deserves to be in his role. He was able to pinpoint exactly what was damaged and what needed to be done to fix it. My vehicle was fixed within 2 days after the part arrived. Extremely fast for what had to be done. Also I love how this dealer provides a video during your service, makes it easy to trust them and know exactly what is going on. Whoever else worked on my vehicle, truly worked on it with care, as if it was their own vehicle. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you need a service department, Schwartz Mazda is your best choice. The entire dealership is also very clean, has a lot of accommodations while you wait, and has a lot of options in their lot. ”
